Female Principal Assaults Librarian
- Praveen Dahiya, the female principal of the school, and the librarian, Madhurani, engaged in a heated dispute that tarnished the reputation of the educational institution. The conflict escalated as both parties recorded the exchange on their mobile phones. In a fit of anger, Principal Dahiya slapped the librarian and broke her mobile phone.
- During the altercation, both the principal and librarian physically confronted each other. The principal slapped the librarian multiple times and further assaulted her by pulling her hair and pushing her against the wall. Although some teachers attempted to intervene, nobody stepped in to help.

Following the confrontation, both the principal and librarian visited the Mengaon police station separately, each filing complaints against the other. They were both taken to the district hospital for medical attention, with Principal Dahiya being admitted to the ICU and Librarian Madhurani admitted to a ward.

Upon informing Collector Bhavya Mittal about the situation, directives were issued for the immediate dismissal of both individuals. Collector Initiates Investigation
It is important to note that the Eklavya Adarsh residential complex is operated from Delhi, receiving over 5 crores in funding for the educational and residential system for children. Presently, under the Collector’s orders, a thorough investigation is being conducted and will be reported to Delhi for appropriate actions against both the principal and the librarian.
Previous Disputes
This is not the first instance of conflict at the institution; there have been previous disputes, including tensions between students and teachers. On two occasions, students have marched from the school to the collectorate in protest.
